Purpose: In the third week of your engagement, your workshop facilitator will help you define the set of choices & activities that will position your company on a playing field of its choice to win in 2025 onward.

The Right Strategy™ workshop is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (EST) on Monday, Nov. 18th, Tuesday, Nov. 19th, Wednesday, Nov. 20th, and Thursday, Nov. 21st. The virtual workshop is a 1 to 2 hour commitment. However, we encourage participants to get immersed in the universal process in order to discover the right strategy for their business. The more committed and immersed participants are during the days of the workshop – the more value, better results, and actionable insights they will takeaway.
On day 1, we’ll define what makes a strategy The Right Strategy™. You’ll learn about the first principles, proven processes, and best practices we use to prepare a winning brand, product, revenue, and media strategy. On day 2, we’ll engage in strategy exercises to incubate The Right Strategy for your business. We’ll help you get immersed in the universal process to creatively brainstorm, problem solve, and polish your strategic ideas. On day 3, we’ll create a space for you to illuminate a strategy to race to the top of your industry. On day 3 — workshop participants may experience a creative spark known as the “Eureka!” (I found it!) moment. On day 4, you’ll ask us questions… And we’ll ask you questions. We’ll collaborate – a rising tide lifts all ships. You’ll receive a Zip file containing the workshop assets and a gift for completing the workshop.

After completion of the workshop, you will have an opportunity to apply to our partner program. Think of our partner program as you owning a franchise to host in-person workshops to teach The Right Strategy principles, processes, and practices to businesses in your city.
