In 2015, consumer review websites like Google Local, Yelp, YP.com, & others are being adopted by everyone. Early adopters of this new rating & review Search trend gained an advantage.
In 2020, Coronavirus struck and changed the world. Everyone learned to work from home. User behavior evolved to asking questions in Search... A greater need for entertainment & edutainment content is being adopted.

On November 30, 2022, ChatGPT was released and disrupted the world of Search. Less than 2 years after release, ChatGPT has 200 million weekly active users and it had nearly 2.5 billion web app visitors in July 2024.
By 2024, all the major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, & X) are featuring a popular content format called stories on everyone's newsfeed & home page.
